Truly Blessed Communications was founded by Pastor E. L. Jones, Jr. in 1999, along with a number of other ventures under Truly Blessed Enterprises. Over the years, the other ventures were pruned away, leaving Pastor Jones to focus on the service oriented aspect of the company. Truly Blessed Communications is a hybrid organization, balancing ministry and ministry support. Truly Blessed Communications is currently based in the Mississippi Delta and works with clients across the country. First Lady Dr. Ann-Marie Jones works with Pastor Jones on seminars and presentations. Her expertise in the area of human services is a great asset to the ministry.

Truly Blessed Communications is first and foremost a ministry minded company, and to that end, we offer a number of ministry seminars to educate and train the community of faith. Our seminars include:Lets Talk About Hip Hop is a free seminar that is designed to education parents and leaders about the Hip Hop culture and how we as Christians can and should relate to it so that we can win souls and keep our young people in the church. It also helps to educate the youth on an alternative to the negative music that is on secular radio and TV stations.Lets Talk About Sex offers an uncensored, uncut look at the good, the bad, and the ugly of pre-marital (and extramarital) sex. This candid lecture and discussion is design to uncover one of the most taboo subjects in the church and provide a forum for open dialogue in a Christian setting.Who You Representin? challenges youth and adults alike on how those claiming to be Christians dress and act. This seminar and discussion offer biblical insight on appearance and actions.Musical Diet provides a practical approach to filtering the media intake for the Christian. By breaking down entertainment choices into four "food groups" and giving key indicators of how to categorize each one.The Jones' BackgroundThe Jones' bring a unique perspective to ministry. Coming together from two different worlds, they are the ying and yang combination necessary to cover subjects from the conservative and not-so-conservative angle. Pastor Jones has a B.A. in Ministerial Theology from Oakwood College and is currently working on a Masters of Divinity at Liberty Theological Seminar. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Army and brings a wealth of life experience to the table.Dr. Jones is an Associate Professor in the Social Work Department at Mississippi Valley State University. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and serves on the boards of a number of local and national service organizations. Dr. Jones has a B.S. in Social Work from Oakwood College, a MSW from University of Central Florida and a Ph.D. in Human Services from Cappella University.

If you are sending an inquiry about booking for a seminar or DJ & Live Sound event, please include the date, location, and length of event (for DJ & Live Sound).

Please keep in mind that for seminars, we only ask for travel expenses and lodging (if required to stay overnight). Any love offering would be greatly appreciated, beyond that. For DJ & Live Sound, there are set fees (above travel and lodging) that are based on the type of event and length.
